Refund Policy

Camreo Global (camreoglobal.com) may, from time to time, offer free trial periods for their services or products during which no credit card charges will be incurred. The dates and times of these free trials will be clearly indicated on the website, and customers will also receive advance notices.

If a free trial of services or products is provided, and a customer chooses to continue using the service or product beyond 1 (one) calendar day after the free trial expires, their credit card will be charged the specified amount, and no refunds will be issued thereafter.

For services that follow a monthly subscription model, charges will be billed on a monthly basis using Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB). The user’s credit card will be charged on the anniversary month following the original registration date and will continue on ARB unless the user cancels their subscription at least one (1) day prior to the billing cycle.

In the case of services with a yearly subscription model, no refunds will be provided after registration.

All customers are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date, including credit card changes and new expiration dates. Failure to maintain current payment information or good account records may result in the suspension of account services without prior notice.
